Utter garbage, I bought this a few years ago and after a few months chucked it in a drawer in a fit of pique. But recently found it and thought i would give it another try.
I use this with a Feisol CT-3472 tripod with a Canon 7dmk11 and a 500mm F4 prime attached to a Benro gimbal head
When iv’e attached these and locked the leveling head in place to go walkabout, the minute i start walking the leveling head snatches to the edge of its base/cup and locks itself up tight, its as though it cant take the weight of my kit (perhaps i expect too much!)
When then in the field and after the base has locked itself tight its a two hand job to undo it and use it to level the camera set up, my mate is taking shots before iv’e got the base undone, it is a truly awful piece of kit, flawed by its design and totally unfit for purpose,.
